Decorating Studio has many regular International customers.

We ship outside of the US everyday, and will ship to most countries.
We consistently ship to the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, India, Germany, France, Switzerland, Japan, Dubai, and many, many more places. If you have any questions about ordering from us for an International delivery, please send us and email and we'll be glad to answer your questions.

Currency Exchange from U.S. Dollars to your Countries Currency
Our shopping cart is in US Dollars, but your credit card company will convert your order from US Dollars to your countries currency. It is simple, quick and affordable to place an International order on our

If you would like to get shipping costs and options before placing your order:

If you would like to know how much shipping will be and how long it will take to get to you before you place your order on our Secure Online Order Form, just send us an email with the name of the item(s) you want to order, and the quantity. Also, be sure to include the name of the country we will be shipping to.

We will email you back with 2 or 3 different shipping options and costs. If you decide to order using one of the shipping options, you can place your order on our site. Just select "International" under shipping options and under "Comments/Instructions", enter which shipping option (& cost) you approve from our email.

If you would like to go ahead and place your International Order Online
before getting your shipping cost options:

USPS International Priority Mail - Approximately 5 - 7 Days Transit

You can go ahead and place your order in our Secure Online Shopping Cart, just select "International" under shipping options. If you want us to email you with shipping cost for your approval just enter "Please send shipping cost prior to shipping" i the Comment section of the order form. We will wait for your email reply letting us know which shipping option you approve before we ship. If you change your mind, you can always cancel your order by reply email.

Duties, Taxes or Customs Fees

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information or to find out if there would be any duties or taxes on your package. All Customs Duties, Taxes, and Fees will be paid for by the customer. Customs may delay delivery.

Please contact your local customs office to determine your customs costs. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges and procedures in your country prior to placing your order.

If charges are levied in your country and you refuse to pay them, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our warehouse.. These costs will be subtracted from your merchandise refund and your credit card will be charged accordingly.

The following information is a general guideline on charges levied by the particular country and is subject to change. It is your responsibility to contact your local customs office to determine the additional customs charges for your particular order.

Our order form is set up for International Orders. All you need to do is select the items you wish to order and add to your shopping cart. When you are ready to checkout - this is all you do:

• Click on VIEW SHOPPING CART (upper right of each page)
• Click on the CHECKOUT button under your items
• The BILLING INFORMATION page will open
• Fill in your contact info as requested.
• For STATE/PROVENCE select OTHER/NONE at bottom of list
  (In the box to the right of State/Provence enter your provence, state or territory if it is applicable to your address)
• Enter your POSTAL CODE
• Then select your COUNTRY
• If you are shipping to the Billing Address, just click the box under
  Shipping Address and click on PROCEED WITH CHECKOUT at the bottom of the page.
  
• On the final checkout page that comes up next, just verify your items and your shipping address to make sure that it is correct.
• Select INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING under OTHER SHIPPING OPTIONS.
• If you have any special instructions, just type them in under the COMMENTS box.
• To finish, just enter your VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER OR AMERICAN EXPRESS credit or debit card info and hit
  SUBMIT ORDER NOW!
