If you choose Standard Shipping, we will ship your order either USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class, or USPS Parcel Post, based on your package weight and your address.

If you need rush delivery, you may select 2nd Day or Overnight Shipping. 2nd Day and Overnight cut off time for same day shipping is 2:00 pm Central Time. Please call us at #615-776-2951 to verify availability of item for Overnight and 2nd Day shipping before ordering.

You may call to place your order, or place it on our Online Shopping Cart.  If you place your order online, you can select “2nd Day” or “Overnight under “Rush or International Shipping Options”. Cut-off time for same day shipping is 2:00 pm CST. If you have an urgent deadline, please give us a call at #615-776-2951 with your required date, we will check stock and do everything we can to meet your deadline. We are open from 9 - 5, Monday - Friday (Central Standard Time)

*“Shipping Time” is the actual travel time it takes for your package to get to you from the time it leaves our warehouse and does not include the processing time it takes for your item to be pulled and packaged for shipping.  Since most items don’t ship for 1 – 3 business days from the time you place your order, this means that if you select 2nd day, you will receive your package 2 days after it leaves our warehouse, not 2 days from the day you placed your order.  If your time is critical, please give us a call at #615-776-2951 and we can work with you to get your item to you as quickly as possible.

International Shipping (outside of the United States)

If you have placed your order on our Online Shopping Cart, you can select “International Shipping” under “Other Shipping Options” and we will email you with the actual shipping cost and options for your approval. You will have an additional charge on your next credit card statement for the shipping charge.
You may also email us to obtain exact shipping costs prior to ordering. Be sure to include the quantities and items you are ordering as well as the shipping address.

Most items are returnable (use return address below after calling us for your Return Authorization Number), however there is a 20% Restocking Charge for a return.  There is no restocking fee for exchanges.  We do offer samples on most of our trims so that you can avoid having to return an item because of color matches, etc.  If you do not see a sample order for an item on our web site, call us to request one.

If you are not happy with an item, for any reason, you must contact us by phone (#615-776-2951) within 7 days of the receipt of your item for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Once you receive your RAN, you will need to postmark and ship the item back to us within another 7 days. There is a restocking fee of 20% on all returns (see below items that are not returnable). There is no restocking fee for exchanges.

Items that are returnable must be returned in new condition and uncut.

*This is where you insert your Return Authorization Number (RAN). You must call us for your RAN # within 7 days of receiving your package.  All packages must have a RAN to be accepted as a return by our shipping department.

No return will be accepted if there is not a Return Authorization Number on the label, or if the item is shipped back to us later than 14 days after your receipt of your order. Please utilize our sample program (if available for that item) to check color and appropriateness before ordering.

How & when will my purchase be shipped?

We normally use United States Postal Service for standard shipping and Federal Express for 2nd Day & Overnight shipping. Most orders are filled and shipped within 1-2 business days; however it may take up to 5 – 7 business days for your item(s) to ship.  If you have a critical deadline, please give us a call at #615-776-2951 with your required date, we will check stock and do everything we can to meet your deadline. We are open from 9 - 5, Monday - Friday (Central Standard Time)

We are always glad to work with you on time sensitive orders if we are able. If you have special shipping needs, or require an order to be shipped immediately, or overnight, please don’t hesitate to call us.

Is my information protected if I use your Secure Online Shopping Cart?

Yes, absolutely! We have a Secure Shopping Cart and we never, never, ever share your information or email address with anyone else! All of the information entered into our shopping cart is encrypted so that no one else can read it.

If I don't want to order Online, how else can I place my order?

You can always call in your order (#615-776-2951), or fax your order (#615-776-3127). Our office hours are Monday thru Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Central Time. If you happen to call when we are closed or busy with another customer, just leave a message and we will call you back as soon as possible.

What payment options do you offer?

You may pay for your order by using your credit or debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card or Paypal.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Yes, we will ship practically all over the world! You can order online on our web site and select "International Shipping" on the final checkout page. If you want to know exact shipping costs, just email us at sales@decoratingstudio.com before placing your order. In the email for shipping cost, be sure to let us know your address and the items and quantities in your order for us to calculate the exact cost.
