$5.95 Shipping & Free Shipping on orders over $250 apply to orders shipped Standard Shipping within the 50 United States only.

FAQ - Our Return Policy

If you are not happy with an item, you must contact us by phone (615-776-2951) within 7 days of receipt of your item for a Return Authorization Number. Once you receive your Number, you will need to ship the item to us within another 7 days. There is a restocking fee of 20% on all returns that are acceptable returns. Items that are not returnable are cake crowns, cake toppers, beaded garland and cake picks. There is no restocking fee for exchanges.

We realize that all
computer monitors display colors slightly differently and it is
sometimes difficult to determine colors based on what you are viewing
on your monitor, so we provide samples and cuttings of all of products for free (just pay a small s&h charge) so that when you order your item - you know that it will work.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. If your return is shipped back to us later than 10 days after you receive it, the restocking charge is 25%.
There are no returns accepted if the item is shipped back to us later than 30 days after your receipt of your order. Please utilize our free sample program to check your trim before ordering. There is no restocking charge for an exchange within 14 days after original purchase.
We know that our beaded
fringes and tassels are of the highest quality, absolutely gorgeous
and the best prices you are likely to find- but, if the color doesn't
match your project - we don't want you to be disappointed! Get a sample to make sure!
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on the Cake Toppers, Cake Jewelry & Beaded Garlands.

How & When will my purchase
be shipped?
We normally use Standard United States Postal Service or Federal Express for shipping. Most orders are filled and shipped within 3 - 4 business days.
We are always glad to work with you on time sensitive orders if we are able. If you have special
shipping needs, or require an order to be shipped immediately, or overnight, please call us at #615-776-2951.
If you require your item to be shipped
Overnight or 2nd Day.

this because our On-Line Orders are all processed as regular
shipments unless we hear from you otherwise.
If your package will be shipped outside
of the United States
please email
or call us at #615-776-2951 to obtain exact shipping
costs prior to ordering. Be sure to include the quantities and items you are ordering
as well as the shipping address. Or, you can go ahead and place your International Order, just select "International Shipment" as your shipping option. This will make your shipping on the item $0 and we will contact you by email with the shipping cost.
Is my information protected if I use your
OnLine Shopping Cart?
Yes, absolutely! We have a Secure Shopping Cart and
we never, never, ever share your information with anyone else!

If I don't want to order OnLine, how else can I place my
order?
You can always call in your order (#615-776-2951), or fax your
order (#615-776-3127). Our office hours are Monday thru Friday,
8 am to 5 pm Central Time. If you happen to call when we are closed,
you can leave a message and we will call you back the next business
day. And, of course, there is always the mail! You can mail in

Do you offer samples of your trims?
Yes, most trims are available as samples. They are free except for a $5.95 shipping & handling charge. We ask that you limit each sample order to 7 samples because each sample request is hand cut from current stock.
What payment options do you offer?
You may pay for your order by using MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover
Card, Check or Money Order.

What are the shipping charges for your products?
We have very reasonable shipping charges - just $5.95 flat rate for orders Standard Delivery within US. If your order
is $250 or more and delivery is within the US, your order is shipped
free of charge via Standard Mail. If you need to have your item shipped 2nd
Day or Overnight, please call us and we can do so if you pay for
the additional shipping cost.
To view your shipping costs before finalizing your order
you can do the following:
- Add to your Shopping cart
on our site, the items (in the quantity) you want to order.
- Once
your shopping Cart has the correct items in it, hit "Checkout" on
the Shopping Cart page. (You do not have to
enter your credit card or payment info and do
not have to complete the order, but you will need
to enter your email address and address on the Billing
Information page in order to find out your shipping
costs.)
Remember, you can do all this
and get shipping cost information before having to enter
your payment information or completing the order. If
you are not ready to order, after viewing your shipping costs,
you can just exit the page. If you want to order by
fax or mail, just print a copy of this page and mail to us
at the above address.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes, we will ship practically all over the world! Just email
us for shipping costs. Be sure to let us know your address and
the items and quantities in your order for us to calculate your
shipping costs.
I have a business, can I get your beaded fringe
trims at Wholesale or Discount?
Yes, and it's really simple! After filling out a short on-line form
(or call us at #615-776-2951) we will supply you with a Discount
Code that will enable you to order all your items at a discount.
There is no minimum purchase requirement.

I'm not sure about the color of beaded fringe
I need, do you send samples?
Sure! Just go to any fringes order page
and order a sample you will pay our flat rate shipping rate for up to 10 samples.
Can I return a purchase?

Yes, we sell to individuals, as well as business, manufacturers, designers,
event planners, and retail stores. There are no Tax numbers or Reseller numbers
required to obtain the discounts, unless you are located in the state of
Tennessee. . Plus, all orders over $250 have free shipping and handling, if shipped Parcel Post within the U.S.

Can you tell me a little about Decorating Studio?
Decorating Studio was started 10 years ago by Susan Welch Heeney, ASID, a licensed
and certified interior designer. Decorating Studio has been
named in an article in Family Circle Magazine's
Special Publication as 1 of 5 top Decorating web sites recommended on
the Internet. Due to the success of her business, Heeney has been selected
for inclusion in Marquis latest edition of Who's Who of American Woman,
2002 - 2007, named a "Phenomenal Woman of the Web, has spoken on
HGTV and international live radio talk shows. Decorating Studio's goal is
to make decorating and interior design decisions and purchases available
