Do you have a catalog? Can I get samples?
We do not have a print catalog in an effort to keep our prices as low as we can - plus, we are constantly adding new stock. All of our trims and fringe are pictured and described on our web site. Most of our sample cuttings are free (except for a small shipping and handling charge) and are generally about 3" - 4" long.
How can I get a discount off of the prices posted
on your web site?
To receive
the Trade Discount you must be "in the
business or trade" as a retailer, manufacturer, designer, party or wedding planner, event planner, apparel, etc. Your Resell Tax ID from the state or equivalent showing your business registration, license or trade is required to obtain a trade discount. Designers can use their business affliate such as ASID, etc. This can be faxed to us at #615-776-3127 or mailed to our address at the bottom of this page. and fill out our form
at this link. You can either submit the form by hitting Submit
at the bottom of the web page. Or you can click on the "Print
Form"
link on this page and fax or mail to us after filling it in. This program
is called our Trade Discount Program. We will
email you back with your Discount Code and the
details of our discount program if you meet the requirements.

Is there a minimum purchase amount?
There is no minimum order amount for a trade discount
for businesses in the design, fabricating or reselling of beaded fringe or trim.
You can purchase just 1 yard using your Trade discount
if you want, however the best savings is in purchasing our full bolts (usually 5 or 10 yards in a bolt). Plus, all orders of $250 or more are shipped free standard shipping within the US.

There are 2 different prices - a cut "price
per yard" price and the "Bolt Discount" price.
What is the difference?
If you are in our Trade Discount program, you will get
a discount off either price posted on our site. But, back to the
question: Which price you pay depends on if you need a full bolt or less than a full bolt. A full bolt is generally either 5 yards or 10 yards.
The bolt price
is the best bargain because our beaded fringe and trims come from the manufacturer
on bolts. If
a 10 yard bolt is purchased, we do not have to measure and cut and
repackage the beaded fringe. The
cut price is for customers who do not need an entire bolt of
10 yards, but only need from 1 to 9 yards. The cut price per
yard is slightly higher because our warehouse will then measure the
desired amount of yardage ordered - cut it off of the 10 yard bolt
and repackage on another cardboard card. It is much more time
consuming, therefore the fringe costs more per yard. And remember, the prices on our web site are the prices before your discount.

You offer Free Shipping on all US deliveries of
$250 or more, but I need it FAST - can I get my order sent
by Overnight, 2nd Day, 3 Day, Express or Priority Mail instead?
Yes. Our Free Shipping is Standard Parcel Post, which can take
from 4 - 7 days transit. We ship quickly, normally within 1 - 2 business
days after you place your order. If you need your items sooner, please
contact us by phone (615-776-2951) and we will let you know how much shipping
will be to upgrade to UPS Next Day, 2nd Day or UPS 3 Day Express.

How quickly will you ship out my order?
Most items are shipped within 1 business day. If in stock it will be shipped within 2 business days at the latest. All orders of $250 or more are shipped free within the US (Standard Ground), however you can select to pay for upgrading to UPS Next Day, 2nd Day or UPS 3 Day Expres
if you need your order sooner by selecting the Shipping Upgrade Option on our Final Checkout Page.

Do you have a print catalog?
No, because we are continually adding new items to our stock. All of our beaded trim, chainette, garlands, fringe & tassels are pictured and described our web site.
We do not have a print catalog in an effort to keep our prices low, but we do have samples or cuttings of most of our trims available.

What is your return policy?
You can return most any purchase as long as you ship it back
to us within 10 days of receiving it, also it has to be in unused and
uncut condition. We cannot accept returns on cake toppers, centerpieces or beaded garlands. For returns, you will need to call us first for a RAN number (call #615-776-2951). We recommend that you send back with a delivery confirmation
and insurance for the amount of the item. We cannot refund shipping costs. There is a 20% restocking fee on returns. There is no restocking fee for an exchange. If in question, please give us a call before ordering or returning.

We have a tax free number, can we use it so that
we don't pay sales tax?
There is no sales tax charged on any orders, to any state, except TN since our office and warehouse is located in TN. If you are located in TN and have any questions about sales tax, just email
us and we will be glad to answer any questions.

Do you ship out of the country?
Yes, we have many International customers who receive
our Trade Discount and we ship regularly to the United Kingdom,
Canada, Germany, Australia, Japan, Ireland, France and many other countries.
I would rather not order on the web, can I call
or fax in my order?
Of course. We do have a very secure and safe
on-line shopping cart, but we understand that some people would prefer

Can I set up an account?
We don't set up a tradtional account, but we do have a Trade Discount Program. We require you to pay the full amount at the time of each purchase.
We
accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Bank Wire Transfers, checks
and money orders.
