Do you have a catalog? Can I get free samples or cuttings of your trims?
We do not have a print catalog in an effort to keep our prices as low as we can - plus, we are constantly adding new stock. If you need a cutting or samples, there is no charge to our B2B/Wholesale customers. Just email us, call us or fax us with a list of the names of the trims you would like to receive sample cuttings of. Be sure to include your name and mailing address!We are continually adding new items to our stock. All of our trims and fringe are pictured and described on our web site.
How can I get a discount off of the prices posted
on your web site?
To receive
the Wholesale Trade Discount you must be "in the
business or trade" as a retailer, manufacturer, designer, party or wedding planner, event planner, apparel, etc. Your Resell Tax ID from the state or equivalent showing your business registration, license or trade is required. Designers can use their business affliate such as ASID, etc. This can be faxed to #615-776-3127 or mailed to address at bottom of page. and fill out our form
at this link. You can either submit the form by hitting Submit
at the bottom of the web page. Or you can click on the "Print
Form"
link on this page and fax or mail to us after filling it in. This program
is called our B2B (Business to Business) Trade Discount Program. We will
email you back within a few business days with your Discount Code and the
details of our discount program.

Is there a minimum purchase amount?
There is no minimum order amount for a trade discount
for businesses in the design, fabricating or reselling of beaded fringe or trim.
You can purchase just 1 yard at our B2B (Business to Business) discount
if you want, however the best savings is in purchasing our full bolts (usually 10 yards in a bolt). Plus, all orders of $250 or more are shipped free standard shipping within the US.

There are 2 different prices - a cut "price
per yard" price and the "Bolt Discount" price.
What is the difference?
If you are in our B2B program, you will get
a discount off either price posted on our site. But, back to the
question: Which price you pay depends on if you need 10
yards (a full bolt) or less than 10 yards.
The bolt price
is the best bargain because our beaded fringe comes from the manufacturer
on 10 yard bolts. If
a 10 yard bolt is purchased, we do not have to measure and cut and
repackage the beaded fringe. The
cut price is for customers who do not need an entire bolt of
10 yards, but only need from 1 to 9 yards. The cut price per
yard is slightly higher because our warehouse will then measure the
desired amount of yardage ordered - cut it off of the 10 yard bolt
and repackage on another cardboard card. It is much more time
consuming, therefore the fringe costs more per yard. And remember, the prices on our web site are the prices before your discount.

Application
You offer Free Shipping on all US deliveries of
$250 or more, but I need it FAST - can I get my order sent
by Overnight, 2nd Day, Express or Priority Mail instead?
Yes. Our Free Shipping is Standard Parcel Post, which can take
from 5 - 7 days transit. We ship quickly, normally within 2 business
days after you place your order. If you need your items sooner, please
contact us by phone (615-776-2951) and we will let you know how much shipping
will be to upgrade to 2nd Day or Overnight. We can also use your Federal Express number if you like or we'll use ours and charge the cost to your card.

How quickly will you ship out my order?
Most items are shipped within 2 business days. All orders of $250 or more are shipped free within the US (Parcel
Post), however you can select to pay for Overnight, 2nd Day, Priority Mail or Express Mail
if you need your order sooner by just calling or emailing us. We will
let you know the cost for upgrading your shipping, or we will be glad to use your Federal Express number for billing.

Do you have a print catalog?
No, because we are continually adding new items to our stock. All of our beaded trim, fringe & tassels are pictured and described our web site.
We do not have a print catalog in an effort to keep our prices low, but if you need a cutting or samples, there is no charge to our B2B/Wholesale customers! Just call, email or fax us with the names of the samples you need along with your name and mailing address.

What is your return policy?
You can return any purchase as long as you ship it back
to us within 10 days of receiving it, also it has to be in unused and
uncut condition. We recommend that you send back with a delivery confirmation
and insurance for the amount of the item. We will be glad to issue a refund
or exchange for your items. We cannot refund shipping costs. There is a 15% restocking fee on returns. There is no restocking fee for an exchange. If in question, please give us a call before ordering or returning.

We have a tax free number, can we use it so that
we don't pay sales tax?
We only need your tax free number if you
are located within Tennessee. There is no sales tax charged to any other
state. If you are located in TN and have a sales tax number, just email
us and we will be able to arrange it so that sales tax is not charged
on your order.

Do you ship out of the country?
Yes, we have many International customers who receive
our B2B/Wholesale Discount and we ship regularly to the United Kingdom,
Canada, Germany, France and many other countries.
I would rather not order on the web, can I call
or fax in my order?
Of course. We do have a very secure and safe
on-line shopping cart, but we understand that some people would prefer

We require you to pay the full amount at the time of purchase, since we do not set up Billing Accounts.

to resell in my fabric store. Can I have my own store name on each
bolt?
Yes, you just need to make sure that you let us know
in the Special Instructions & Comments section of the order form, and that you email us the logo, name or whatever information you wish
to have at the top of each 10 yard bolt. There is no charge for this
service as long as your order is $250 or more.
