Instructions

PREPARATION

Before painting, make sure your surface is in good condition and free of holes or large cracks. Make certain that your surface is smooth and primed. Evenly apply base color to entire surface with roller or brush. You may need two coats depending on coverage. Allow to dry 5-6 hours.

TECHNIQUE

Step 1:
Apply the clear Crackle liquid (All Cracked Up ®) to your furniture over the 1st color (base-coat).
Apply with smooth, even strokes - covering the entire surface. Let dry for at least 1-2 hours.

Step 2:
Load your brush generously with paint and apply the second color over the Crackle product with even strokes in one direction. The crackle process will appear within seconds. REMEMBER: The heavier the paint application the larger the cracks - The lighter the paint application the thinner the cracks

IMPORTANT: Make sure to follow directions on back of can.

Step 3:
Let the project dry for 24 hours and apply the sealing wax with a brush - buffing out
with a cotton rag. This will give your project a beautiful, durable finish.

It's that easy! By following our simple instructions you can try this
beautiful finish in your home. Make sure to practice first on a sample board.
